Windows 10: My taskbar has disappeared and my screen keeps flickering, how do i fix it?

my laptop updated and when i went to turn it on after it wouldn’t turn on till i plugged it in. once it turned on it went straight into dell recovery and i had to put in the bitlocker recovery key. once i’d done that i recovered it. it restarted and loaded up and i put my password in and it let me in. the home screen loaded but the taskbar has disappeared and the screen is flickering. but if i go onto something like chrome the home screen still flickers and the taskbar still isn’t there but chrome doesn’t flicker. what am i supposed to do? how can i fix it?

The taskbar disappears and the screen flickers at the desktop on the first use of Windows 11, version 22H2

On the first use of a new computer, I finished the Windows setup screens and signed in. But once I reached the desktop, the taskbar disappeared, the screen keeps flickering, and Windows becomes completely unusable in this state.

 

Screen Flickering

Hi, it's been a day my screen keep flickering, but it's only in the lower screen, around taskbar area. But after I check, it's not my taskbar is flickering, but, just the lower screen. I did all the suggestion given by the support microsoft web and from
the youtube but they are not working. And after I check the task manager, it isn't flickering. I did reset my laptop and check for all updates but everything okay. I'm really frustated now. Maybe anyone can help, thank you.

 

Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
