Windows 10: My taskbar is glitching which might be leading to blue screen error.

Hello there, I have been facing an blue screen error from past couple of weeks. My laptop keeps restarting every 5 minutes. I didn't understand what to do, so I reinstalled windows 10 and formatted my laptop. Now the blue screen has reduced but not stopped, and my taskbar is acting weird. If I click on it, it will hang for couple of seconds, refreshes the task bar and then I am able to use it normally. Due to this, if I go fullscreen while watching something, the whole browser crashes. I am guessing this is being caused by display adaptor, but I am not able to rectify it. I am not sure if thes

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
