Windows 10: my taskbar shows up on wrong monitor w

okay so i have two monitors and i have my main one set as main on the settings but one day i turn on my pc and the taskbar was on the other screen no i dont have the thing were the taskbar shows on all monitor i been annoying me because i know this is not suppose to happen the only way i know how to fix it is if i unplug one of the displays then i have to plug it back in then the same thing happens again when i start my pc up it shows on the wrong monitor

If you are in build number: 14342, I suggest you to follow the steps below to
hide taskbar on second monitor and check if it helps:

• 
  Right click on the Taskbar and Go to
  settings.
  
• 
  Click on the taskbar option.
  
• 
  Under Multiple displays you can turn off the option for
  Show taskbar on all displays.

Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• Click Properties.
• On Taskbar tab, under Multiple displays, remove the check mark beside
  Show taskbar on all displays.
• Click Apply.
• Click OK, and reboot your PC.

How to auto-hide taskbar of the second monitor keeping unhide in the primary monitor?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to auto-hide taskbar on second monitor and check if it helps:

Steps:

1. Right click on the taskbar and select
Properties.

2. In the Taskbar tab under
Multiple displays, Uncheck the Show taskbar on all displays box.

3. Click on Apply
and Ok.

This will display the taskbar only on the primary monitor.
