    My temp files are clogging up my storage and won't delete.


    HiI work for a small company so we have no IT. We are a wallpaper printing company so we use photoshop mostly and some of our files are very big. We also have ripping software for our printers on my computer. We believe the rip software operates by duplicating the file temporarily to be printed. Thats fine but if I have no extra memory, it can't do that and the print fails. Also I have a feeling some of these big copies are somehow stuck in my temp files and I can't figure out how to actually delete them. I am not a computer wiz by any means but I tried a few things including looking here for

    Windows 10 Temp Files Delete

    I have 326GB of Temp files showing in my storage and I cannot delete them. I have tried doing disk cleanup, but the 326 GB do not even show up on there. I have gone into local Temp files and deleted those as well, no help. CCleaner not able to delete them
    either. How do I delete these files?

    And I should be more clear: when I go into Disk Cleanup for the Drive that is filed with these temp files (supposedly) they do not show up. Only a small 3.52 MB show up. Nothing like the 326GB that my storage shows to be clogging my HDD.

    • What happens, when you try to delete temp files?
    I suggest you to follow these methods below and check, if it works:

    Method 1:

    • Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
    • Type "temp" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.
    If the issue persists, follow method 2.

    Method 2:

    • Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
    • Type "%temp%" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.
    If the issue persists, follow method 3.

    Method 3:

    I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode, then perform disk cleanup on Windows 10 and check, if it works.

    Hi i have Lumia 520 i have a problem in deleting temp files.when i go to phone storage and check it is showing 2.31gb of data in temp files if i try to delete that it is displaying message that deleting temp files but data is still there.please suggest
