Windows 10: My text highlight keeps changing randomly

Around 11:00 PM last night I found my highlight text changed to a darker shade of blue, I figured that since it did this randomly on seemingly accident I thought looking up solutions to this problem would be a lot more simple. I'm not looking to change my accent color, my font color or my window tab colors, I'm looking to change the highlight.I cannot find a single solution online. I changed the highlight color to a closer shade to the default color with "regedit" for all my windows programs did not work on Google Chrome for some reason but than around 4:00 PM this evening, I found the highl

The text keeps highlighting while writing everytime I click on the text

Everytime I write the text in the text box and click on the letter to edit the text, it automatically highlighted on that part. No matter I refresh the page or do any solution to make it no longer highlight them, it still keeps that highlight point. Anyone
suggesting what to do in this case? I am using Windows 7 with Genius KB-110X keyboard. I need to fix that problem immediately because I am a YouTuber and I need to text a lot to write description or reply the audiences. It has been 5 days and I still can't
find any solution

Strange pink highlight on hover/tooltip text

It looks like the RGB value that my computer has set should be similar to R: 253, G: 0, B: 249.
In the "Colors" directory of regedit there's no value that looks as if it has been set to the hot pink colour. Interestingly the hot pink highlight also shows up for some text in regedit:



Note: the pink highlight doesn't occur when I actually highlight things. It doesn't disapear when I highlight things either. It just shows up by default on certain bits of text, most commonly settings tabs (File, Edit, Tools, View, etc.) in most programs and hover/tooltip text on things - e.g. Hovering over a text document on my desktop will tell me the Type, Size, and Date modified but all this information has this strange pink highlight.

Because of this I'm not sure which value to change as Hilight seems to be set to the default blue, could you suggest a directory where I might find the correct value to change?

Cursor jumps while highlighting text and inserting text.

While I'm typing in an email my cursor will jump while inserting text in the email. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

Also, when I go to highlight an area, it jumps around and highlights the entire text, not just the area I wanted highlighted. Any suggestions?
