Windows 10: My time zone keeps moving from Jerusalem to Brussels, which is on a different daylight...

I changed it numerous time but it keeps reverting


get-timezone returns (if I change to jerusalem it changes but reverts later):

time zone keeps changing to brussels time instead of eastern time. I've changed it at the time settings and even gone back to BIOS settings at start-up, but it keeps happening. I ran anti-virus as well.

This issue may happen if your region or time zone doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time (DST).

To check if DST is available, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Select Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Date and Time.
• Under Time zone, check if there's any indications regarding Daylight Saving Time.
