Windows 10: my Toshiba Satellite is struggling w windows 10, I need to put the original 8.1 pro back

Hello, my toshiba simply cannot handle windows 10. It was originally sent with windows 8.1 pro & as I have learned the bios is simply too old to keep up with this pace of win 10. I am hoping someone knows how to locate the product key for its original os, it has to be buried somewhere in this laptop. Please it has over 750,000 photos and because it cannot do anything except barely staying on I cannot even back them up!

my bluetooth does not work on my toshiba satelite laptop

I also have this problem and have followed all recommended steps to try and fix but to no avail. Any more suggestions to resolve Code 38?
