Windows 10: My Toshiba Satellite laptop i5 is stuck at insydeH2 Bios screen.

on-screen options are Press F2 to setup Utility, F12 go to Boot Manager. However nothing happens when I press either of these or any other buttons. I have also tried pressing”0” for Toshiba as prescribed in other discussions. I have also tried to reboot several times. Appreciate any help with this, as I’m not very good with computers.

CPU Benchmark & Specs | Hitesti pros and cons for 1x16GB or 2x8GB im thinking power draw as in 1=1.5V or 2x1.5V=3V i would like to go as big as i can obviously but dont want to get stuck with a RAM i cant use.

How to get into safe mode on Toshiba satellite

Windows 10 does not load on startup, no Toshiba logo, just a looping black screen/blue screen with cursor. And the bios is on slow boot.
