Windows 10: My Touchpad Controls dont work after I lock my sceen. Pls Help

I repaired my laptop and it came with windows pre installed... But whenever I close my laptop and reopen it, it never shows the lock screen and instead, shows the desktop.. No Pin Code Required, I tried to fix it but it is still the same. Also whenever I close the lid and open it back up, it stops all the touchpad gesture movements so scroll, 2 finger movement, 3 finger and so on dont seem to work, Kindly help.

I suggest you to uninstall the existing drivers from Device Manager, download the drivers from manufacturer's website, install them in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

As the latest drivers for your device are Windows 7 operating system, I suggest you to download the drivers and install them in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the touchpad drivers

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right click on each of the drivers and click on Update driver software.

Step 2: Install the touchpad drivers in compatibility mode.

You can install Windows 7/8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.

This issue might have occurred due to outdated touchpad drivers installing the latest update. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it resolves the issue.

Method 1: Run Hardware troubleshooter
as it will help in resolving the issues with hardware and resolve any simple issues found.

• Press Windows + X, click on
  Control Panel, select Category and then select
  Large or Small icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• 
  Click Next and follow onscreen instructions.
  

Method 2: If the issue still persist, please follow the below steps and check.

• 
  Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Mouse/Touchpad.
  
• 
  On the Device Settings tab of the
  Mouse Properties screen, click the Disable button to turn off the Touchpad.
  
• 
  Restart the system and enable.
  

Method 3: I suggest you to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, install them and check if it helps.

My start sceen is locked by bitlocker

This issue might have occurred due to incorrect settings. I would suggest you to check whether auto bit lock is turned on or off and check if it helps.

• Right click on the start menu
• Click control panel
• All control panel items
• Bit locker encryptions
• Turn off auto bit lock.
