Windows 10: My tpm isn’t working after restoring pc attempt, now screen is stuck and powering off and...

After attempting to do a system, restore on my PC, a TPM control module, stop functioning and asked if I wanted to accept or decline the change, but it will not allow for me to do either and my keyboard has stopped working, and when I turn the laptop off and turn it back on and goes back to the same screen at the same time when pressing the power button so f10 isn’t an option. Any other suggestions on getting back usage of my tpm please

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

Locked System Restore - now stuck on black screen

I was attempting to fix another problem by rolling back to an earlier image by using system restore. After 24 hours I figured the machine was locked up, so I powered it off.

• I have been trying to power it back up using the Function F8 (Lenovo Ideapad 320 laptop). I see the Lenovo splash screen with a circular pattern of white dots. The computer finally goes to a black screen.
• I have attempted to connect the computer via HDMI cable to my TV per some other suggestions.

Any other suggestions?
