Windows 10: My trouble shooter doesn't actually work

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop from 2011 I think. Ive upgraded it to windows 10 and it keeps randomnly freezing. To try and stop this, I ran the windows security center device health program and it said one or more of my drivers werent working and it advised me to use the troubleshoot. I preceded and used the trouble shooter and I had around 7 drivers which were not working. However after trying troubleshooting a few of them, they don't actually start to work after they been troubleshooted. I trouble shoot them, and restart my laptop as my laptop tells me, but nothing changes.

Any suggestions

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hello Pau. Why I am trying to download that X64 Troubleshooter is because I have failed to reinstall Paint.net.I get fatal error when trying to install. When I checked for solutions it was suggested I download the
Trouble shooter as this was a known solution to the fatal error problem. I have tried to remove the old remaining paint.net form my programme list but are unable to .

Hi, I'm also unalbe to get any bluetooth device to connect to my laptop.

I ahve foollowed the trouble shooter, says its a driver problem. The driver is the one Windows 10 lists as the right one - when I tried to reload it, it said cannot reload. Any other suggestions?
