    My Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50X headset mic isn't recognized by my PC


    I've been trying to connect my headset for weeks now and nothing's worked. I have a single audio jack for both input and output, and the headphones themselves work, but the external microphone isn't available in the 'input devices' dropdown menu. I've updated my drivers, done a full system update, and checked the mic itselfit works on both my Xbox and my phone, but haven't had any luck. Any suggestions for how to connect it to my PC?

    Turtle Beach Recon 50x Mic not working

    Hello, I bought a Turtle Beach Recon 50X Headset (connecting to computer through 3.7 jack, mic connecting to headset with 3.7 jack) My microphone is not working. I have already trouble shooted everything I can. I am running a black HP Omni220 All-In-One
    PC on Windows 10. I am debating on weather or not to call a Microsoft Support rep. about this issue.

    Hi, I own an Ear Force PX24 Turtle Beach Headset and the mic doesn't detect on my PC. I've been trying to find solutions and couldn't find anything to fix this.

    Turtle Beach Recon 50x Mic not working

    the recon 50x's manual has said that if you want to use it on pc you need an adapter. 1 4pole 3.5mm to 2x 3 pole 3.5mm (aka the pink and green plugs)

    i cant find any turtle beach branded ones anywhere on line but they sell these kind of things by other manufacturers. i tried one, it worked one time and now it wont work at all, i might have a defective headset
