    My Turtle Beach Recon Controller keeps crashing my PC


    Hello there!I've bought a Turtle Beach Recon Controller. For the first 2 there wasnt any Problems. Until recently, my PC keep crashing with a Bluescreen of death. I tried updating all drivers and also brought my PC to a repair shop to check if there is any issue with my PC and also reinstalling Win10. But unfortunatly they didnt find anything, the PC keeps crashing and i paid 100 Bucks. And then i noticed that when ever i tried to play a game or just browse the internet with my Controller pluged in, after 20 min my PC will crash with the error code: DPC_Watchdog_Violation. I tried to update th

    Changing master volume doesn't change volume on Turtle Beach Recon 600

    Hi,



    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    The change in master volume won’t affect the volume on your headset until and unless the device is set as
    default. I suggest you to set the headphone as default device and see if the issue persists.



    • Connect the audio device to your PC.
    • Right click the speaker icon on the taskbar and choose
      Sounds.
    • Under Playback
      tab, right click on your headset and set it as default audio device.
    • Exit sound control panel, and check if the issue persists.

    Turtle Beach Recon 50x Mic not working

    the recon 50x's manual has said that if you want to use it on pc you need an adapter. 1 4pole 3.5mm to 2x 3 pole 3.5mm (aka the pink and green plugs)

    i cant find any turtle beach branded ones anywhere on line but they sell these kind of things by other manufacturers. i tried one, it worked one time and now it wont work at all, i might have a defective headset

    Turtle Beach Recon 50x Mic not working

    Hello, I bought a Turtle Beach Recon 50X Headset (connecting to computer through 3.7 jack, mic connecting to headset with 3.7 jack) My microphone is not working. I have already trouble shooted everything I can. I am running a black HP Omni220 All-In-One
    PC on Windows 10. I am debating on weather or not to call a Microsoft Support rep. about this issue.
