Windows 10: My Ugee UG-2150 is not being reckonised as a tablet.

My 2 year old UG-2150 isn't working anymore. ITs a Pressure pen screen tablet.

I've barely used it 5 times. Lack of time.

I've tried every port on my PC and tablet. Changed all my cables, checked drivers of my graphics card. Nothing worked and when I uninstalled the tablet driver and tried to reinstall it prompts me that it cant detect any tablet and to connect one and try again. From every port and cable combination possible.

Can't seem to contact Ugee. Long distance to china isn't a possibility, and their email seams to not work form their site. On this issue I've looked online for possible answers, on redit they say it might be an recent update Windows issue others have had this happen to them recently and others say Ugee don't support my UG-2150 anymore. I don't know what to do no. This was birthday gift from my wife and now its just another expensive screen. I've looked on here for any help but changing my screen to tablet mode didn't work. It just wont detect the Pen screen tablet at all. If I cant even install the driver I'm pretty much boned.


Any ideas?

Ugee 2150 Tablet Monitor has cursor offset onto second monitor

Thank you for your reply(s). I have updated to Windows 10 build 1803. Reinstalled the latest driver and run the troubleshooter but the problem remains the same

The issue is that when I touch the screen of my Ugee 2150 with the pen the cursor moves to the other monitor and then tracks the movement of the pen on the Ugee screen on the other monitor.

It used to seem that Windows is seeing the desktop as one large area plotted from the right hand side of monitor number two becasue the offset of the cursor used to get smaller as I moved the pen to the left of the Ugee 2150 screen.

However I have checked just now and in fact this no longer happens. What happens is that the cursor tracks the movement on the Ugee 2150 on the wrong monitor.

Any help would be gratefully received because I'd like to keep working on my tablet and using the monitor number 2 for displaying reference materials?

Appreciate any help you can give me.

Received a UG 2150 pen display today. Windows sees and installs and uses generic video driver. So it works as a display. Mouse works on this monitor.

When I try to install the UGEE 2150 updated driver from their website or the one that came with the product I receive the following error and won't install the software.

No tablet was detected

please connect your tablet to the computer before driver installation.

The firepro 4300 video card had mini display ports and I am using an active hdmi adapter to plug into the monitor.

Where does windows 10 show a tablet.

Under device manager under human interface devices I only have two usb devices. One for the mouse and one for the keyboard.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ugee 2150 Tablet Monitor has cursor offset onto second monitor

Hello, I'm running Win 10 version 1709 build 16299.371 with two monitors one of which is an Ugee 2150. My issue is that the monitor worked fine connected to an IOS device but since I switched to my Windows machine the cursor is so offset that it is moving
around on the other monitor not the Ugee 2150.

What I tried so far:

A, Uninstalling the driver and restart, Windows then saw the monitor as a touch tablet and the offset was gone BUT there was no pressure sensitivity.

B, Reinstalling the original (that shipped with the monitor) Ugee driver and restart. Took me back to square one, huge cursor offset.

C, Downloading the latest Ugee driver (for build 1709) still no good, cursor still offset onto the other monitor.

To be clear when i say that the cursor is offset so as to be on the other monitor it is tracking the motion from the Ugee but displaying the cursor and moving it on the second monitor.

Taps and interactions also track accurately only on the wrong monitor owing to the cursor offset.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated at this point.

Edit: booted to safe mode and the monitors were mirrored and the Ugee was tracking like in point A above. Rebooted and back to the offset.
