Windows 10: My Ukrainian Keyboard changed to UKR Russian on its own

I deleted all languages but English, restarted the computer, and still see this UKR Russian nonsense. Does Windows have me use Russian instead of Ukrainian? What is this!?

Ukrainian Russian mnemonic keyboard

Hi Tato0,

there is no Ukrainian mnemonic keyboard unfortunately. And any Russian keyboard (mnemonic too) does not contain Ukrainian letters.

You may use normal Ukrainian keyboard and add transparent sticky Ukrainian letterset to keyboard.

 

When I turn on the Ukrainian region, the Russian language is automatically added to me.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Try the following steps to remove the Russian language from your system:

1. Open Settings.

2. Click on Time & Language.

3. Click the Language & Region page on the left side.

4. Under “Languages”, click the Russian language.

5. Click the Remove button.

6. After removing Russian, ensure that Ukrainian (Ukraine) is the only language listed in the "Preferred Languages" section. If Ukrainian is not listed, click the "Add a language" button and select Ukrainian.

7. Once you've removed Russian and set Ukrainian as the only language, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

• Current OS version on all phones is 8.10.14203.306
• Firmware revision numbers: On NOKIA Lumia 820 - 3051.50009.1424.0007 ; On NOKIA Lumia 525 - 3058.50000.1425.0003.
  
• Location country: Ukraine, city Vinnytsia.
• Regional settings: Country/Region - Ukraine ; Regional format - Ukrainian (Ukraine).
• Language settings: Ukrainian ; Phone language - Ukrainian ; Regional format - Ukrainian (enabled) ; Keyboard - Ukrainian. Also I have trying with Russian and English US phone languages, but it don't help.
• Speech settings: Russian ( ain't have native language here, and trying with English US, it don't help.
• Other keyboards: English, Russian, Ukrainian.
