Windows 10: My up and down keys are functioning as other buttons and I can't navigate using them

My up and down keys are functioning as other buttons and can't navigate using them and there is always the slash that indicates I am typing something

• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.

As far as I know, you can´t assign new function to that button.

• Are you using a Microsoft keyboard?

Meanwhile, laptops have a key that determines whether the top row of keys act as function keys or the normal top row of a
QWERTY keyboard. Check the "F Lock" button to the right of the
F12 button, make sure that hasn't been toggled.
