    My usage of CPU is so high or even 100%


    My CPU usage when I run Chrome my CPU will go around 60-80%, and it goes down to normal like 20% in 2 sec.

    and when I run the game Rainbow 6 it took me like 10 mins and my computer just lag and freeze. when it starts my fans are like an airplane engine. and 100% for sure. and it seems like there's an invisible program is running. my game only occupy 40% of my computer


    I got enough space for C: drive.

    I have no other BIG program is running in the background.

    It must be some malware or some ****...

    In the Task Manager, under Performance tab, the disk utilization reaches to 100% due to which system became lagging and unresponsive. It started freezing in few moments and this keeps happening until disk usage reduces from 100%.

    Control panel > Power Options > Edit Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > Processor Power Management > Maximum Processor state.

    Also, once I start Chrome 64, it uses lots of cpu and ram to do absolutely nothing.

    After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
    programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.
