Windows 10: My USB doesnt work properly

I have a ROG STRIX laptop running windows 10 Home 64bitI've wiped my USB with a program called EaseUS Partition Masterhttps://www.easeus.com/And after that, my usb doesnt have a file system, and when i try to format it, i tried it with DiskPart, Disk Managment and the EaseUS program the usb disconnects at the last second and in the right bottom corner a notification pops up that reads "USB device not recognised" "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it."I tried to use CHKDSK in cmd admin, but it says acces denied and disk may be lock

USB Devices Don't Work Properly After Restart
