Windows 10: My usb headphones seem to disconnect and make a beeping sound like a notification and...

So I just built a new pc and upgraded to windows 11. I am using usb headphones and every so often my audio cuts in and out for a second or two making almost a notification sound pausing my audio or music apps and then starting back up, the sound I assume Is the audio device connecting but it never shows any reports of my audio disconnecting, can someone help with fixing this issue?

device disconnected beep sound while playing games

I hear a device disconnected beep sound randomly while playing games. Game lags a little or game screen minimizes at that time. This happens in a gap of around 2-3 minutes. The problem was not there before yesterday.

I tried changing keyboard, plugged keyboard and mouse to different usb ports, removed headphone, removed wifi usb and LAN, disabled usb power management. Nothing worked for me.

I recently (about 2 days before the problem started) updated AMD chipset drivers and BIOS.

Is this a hardware problem or software? I know I can turn off the beep sound, but that isn't the solution. Please help.
