Windows 10: My USB keyboard and mouse aren't working.

One day as I was using my computer, I tried to login. But then I noticed, that the cursor wasn't showing up and the keyboard was not responding. I ended up using touchscreen, but I tried to see if I could fix the problem. So I unplugged the USB and replugged it, but then I got this notification. The picture. Please help me fix this! Also, here's some infor about my device:Windows 10LenovoDesktop Monitor64 Bit

No keyboard or mouse usb

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions
