Windows 10: My USB keyboard is not long pressing. But the keyboard on my laptop is long pressing.

My USB keyboard isn't working when I long press when playing games. But when I use my laptop keyboard, it long presses. it's very hard to use backspace and the arrows when it's not long pressing, it's very hard when i'm working.

Long press problem

Hello, here asking help again..

I bought a new keyboard yesterday and was gonna test on a computer and then I tried games on it but suddenly when i long press W (the forward movement key) it just stops for a moment . Like Long pressing a key makes it lag. I opened up notepad and tested
the keyboard out.

It stops the long press for a moment and continues repeatedly.

I tried an old keyboard and it works very fine.

I tried connecting the new keyboard to my laptop and surprisingly, there's no problem about it.

Long press works, Gaming works..

Any feedback and suggestions will be appreciated.

USB keyboard stops working when a key is pressed for too long.

Long story short, I bought a Microsoft wired USB keyboard that stops working for a second when I keep a button pressed for too long, or when I type too fast. This makes gaming impossible and work a chore. It is a Windows software/driver issue (doesn't happen
in Linux, happens in another other Windows versions and computers when I plug in the keyboard) and it doesn't seem to be related with device power saving.

I am reposting this because Microsoft techs ignored the initial post after the canned response didn't cut it.

how to press two botton in on screen keyboard ? I mean shift+end or shift+home. Its a very helpful feature of selecting a long line.
