My USB mic disables on its own in the control panel.

I have a Windows 11 pc and I recently bought a $20 Yusheng mic from Amazon. The mic was working at first, but I noticed it disables on its own sometimes. Now, when I try to enable it on control panel, it will turn the mic settings in windows to "don't allow" for "Allow apps and windows to use this device for audio". When I click the don't allow button to turn it to allow, the mic will automatically disable in control panel. When I turn it to don't allow, it the mic will be enabled in control panel on its own. I can't get it to be in a state where it is both allowed on windows settings and enabl
