Windows 10: my USB mouse isnt working (Windows 10 32bit acer extensa 5220)

ive tryed all things but its not picking it up its an old laptop the mouse is a genius works on all other devices but no mouse works on acer

I suggest you to connect the USB Keyboard and Mouse to a different USB port and check if it works.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

i've seen this when the stock USB drivers went kaput. Only ever seen it once - i used a PCI USB 2.0 card and connected the mouse and keyboard to that, and manually updated the USB 2/USB 3 drivers.
