Windows 10: my usb mp3 player isnt detected by windows

i have windows 11. i connected my mp3 player with every USB port I have, but it goes undetected by windows. pls help

Mp3 player not detected

I have purchased a Astell and Kern AK Jr mp3 player.

I am using windows 10 but my laptop does not recognise the device when it is plugged into the USB port. The device manager does not seem to detect it either.

How can I add this as a new device so it appears in Windows media Player for sync ?
