My USB ports are not working, how do I fix this? Please note my mouse and keyboard are not wireless and without it I can not move or click anything. I have also tried all USB ports.

No keyboard or mouse usb

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions thanks
