Windows 10: My USB Thumb Drive isnt recognized by my computer, iPhone, or any other device after...

My device is a BLANBOK+ Flash Drive that has both USB and iPhone Lightning connectors on it. Its great to use for both devices. I wanted to access a few items today and i plugged in my flash drive into my computer via the USB and i got a prompt that said something along the lines of "This device requires you to format it before you can use it. Would you like to format it now?". I hadnt gotten this pop-up before when plugging in the flash drive into my computer before. I didnt know what to do and so i clicked the red "X" in the top right corner of the box. It closed the box and and nothing ha

Step 2: Once you uninstall iTunes from the computer, restart the computer once, and install the latest version of iTunes from

usb 3.0 thumb drive not working or recognized

I have a usb thumb drive that is not being read or recognized by my computer. It is listed in devices as unspecified and have done the troubleshooting with no success. The status for this device states "Driver error" and "Needs troubleshooting". As I
stated, I have tried to troubleshoot but without success.

I do not want to reformat the drive as I need the information on the device. Is their any way to repair the driver on the usb without losing the information? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

• Does this issue occur only with one particular USB or with all the USB drives?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
