  1. My "User account control" blocks the "user account control" so I can't change the system policy

After I install windows 11, my "user account control" starts to block any changes made to my computer including installing new software. I really need to change this policy by clicking the "Change User Account Control" setting, but the "user account control" blocks itself. Like user account control inception. Please, I really need to fix this problem as I can not install anything new on my laptop. Can anyone help me?

    :)

    • Click on System and Security.
    • Click on Security and Maintenance.
    • On the left pane, click on Change User Account Control settings.
