Windows 10: My VERSION.dll got corrupted and i dont know what to do

Hello, I was going to play a game but when I went to enter it the error 0xc0000020 appeared and I realized that there was something wrong in System32 I went to see and the dll VERSION.dll is there but it is probably corrupted I downloaded a copy of it and went to replace it but I don't know how to give myself administrator permission on System32, could anyone help me?

Corrupt DLL files

I keep getting a message about corrupt dll files (MSVCP110.dll is just one) when I try to open several apps. I have tried a number of the suggestions from the message boards but nothing works. I have reinstalled the programs to no avail. Any suggestions?
