Windows 10: My version of windows is broken

I have a Microsoft surface pro8 to. Business this tablet did come with everything already on it but my tablet got stolen a couple months back and when I got it back it didn't have the original windows on it and now I know why my computer kept trying to start whatever windows version they put on here when they broke into my tablet well anyways I need a new version of windows eleven pro for business and i need to take this one off because its missing all the major components the reason why I bought this computer in the first place so can you please help me I am tired of playing ring around the R

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
