Windows 10: My video will not play error 0xC00D36C4

I have been importing my 40 minute long 4K videos off my phone to my pc however after the 21nd video there are a total of 41 videos it comes up with error 0xC00D36C4 and it does not play the video. The first 21 videos work but the rest do not. The videos have an average storage space of 2.5 Million KB - 16 million KB and are in the file format MOV. I have tried using VLC Media player to convert the format to mp4 but it does not even let me convert the file. I have also tried wondershare video repair but it could not repair any of the videos. Hello Everyone, I have windows 10 installed in my PC everything is fine with it but today I am getting Error Code 0xc00d36c4 while playing Videos and Music. Actually I am very fond of listening music so please look into this issue and suggest me correct ways to fix this.

I am having the same problem but with videos I recorded on this device (Surface Pro 4) using "Camera". I record the video; it's in MP4 file; but when I click to play, I get error 0xc00d36c4. I can paly other MP4 videos recorded on my phone.
