    My videos have turned green and purple, I have spoken to a windows advisor and they helped me fix it but the next day, the problem occurred again. the only way I have found to fix this other than messaging a windows advisor is to restart my laptop but that takes time and later in the day, the problem happens again and I have to restart windows again.

    Green and Purple Videos

    Hey everyone,

    Any videos on Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Store, or even my own screen captures (that I view with Windows Movie Maker) are green and purple tinted. However, on Google Chrome that videos are perfectly normal. I've updated my drivers but nothing has been fixed.
    This computer was built just a month ago as well. Any help?

    Why do video clips play only in green and purple?

    I am using Windows 10 and since the last update I can only see video clips on Facebook in green and purple. You Tube, ads, news items on MSN videos all play fine. Does anyone know w I can do or what's causing this please.
