Windows 10: My voice is repeated back to me every time via audio device

I recently purchased new headset from Logitech G733, after my last broke. I installed their GHub as recommended.After this everytime i use any audio client to talk with my friends, either TeamSpeak, or Discord, whenever i say anything to microphone, it is repeated back to me after 5-6 seconds. What i tried:1. Turning off GHub -> nothing2. Disabling Device manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> High definition audio device and NVIDIA Virtual audio device -> nothing i turned them back on3. My drivers for logitech are up to date It is extremelly annoying as i cannot hold

Audio Problems

Hi there SimonWildZX, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

May I suggest to completely uninstall all Audio drivers listed in the Device manager including the headset. Please make sure to completely remove.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound and Audio devices. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

Repeat the steps in all the Audio devices listed.

Then reboot. then test the headset again.

 

Cortana has no voice

Method 1: Setup Mic

Step 1: Set up Mic in Control Panel.

1. Type Set up Mic in Cortana's search bar.

2. Follow the on screen instructions.



Step 2: Verify Speech settings.

1. Go to Settings >
Time and Language >
Speech.

2. In the Microphone section, click Get Started, if no Microphone is detected.



Method 2: I suggest you to update the Audio drivers on your device and check if it helps.

  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on High Definition Audio Device and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Restart.

Voice chat audio no longer comes through Default communication device (mic works fine)

A factor why you're voice chat sounds goes through your speakers as well is due to configuration settings. We suggest that you configure playback devices. Follow the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound >
  Sound.
• Left-click on Speakers > Click on Set as Default Device.
• Left-click on Headphones > Select Set as Default Communication Device.
• Click OK.

If the issue still occurs, contact your device manufacturer's support for assistance on configuring your device.
