Windows 10: my volume is coming in at a lower pitch as if its been shifted.

Discus and support my volume is coming in at a lower pitch as if its been shifted. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; im not sure how to describe this that well but my pc's sound comes in as if its been pitch shifted. im not sure if i have a virus on my pc or if this...     im not sure how to describe this that well but my pc's sound comes in as if its been pitch shifted. im not sure if i have a virus on my pc or if this is some kind of glitch.

    Phone volume and music player volume are somehow interlinked, if i lower the volume of music player it will result in lowering the ringing volume.

    Realtek HD Audio Pitch Shift

    When my Realtek HD Audio got updated to Realtek(R) Audio, some of the enhancements got lost, especially the "Pitch Shift" enhancement. Is there any way to get that one back?

    High pitched whine coming from phone while charging!!!

    Cp is RIGHT when he state's that *some* noise is normal. It may come from the and/or the charger. The reason for this is that the charger is nothing more than an ac/dc transformer and transformers make noise. The bigger the transformer the more noise and
    the lower the pitch. So it's expected for a charger to make a very soft high pitch whine which should only be heard by people with GOOD hearing unless it's in a quiet room
