    Cheap VPN for 24/7 use?

    Okay so I'm running about 20 programs on a virtual machine that needs to be on a VPN. I've used TunnelBear and currently using Windscribe with the same issue of disconnecting/reconnecting happening, kicking and causing issues for my programs. I need a VPN that can handle 3GB/day data use and that is decently cheap. I'd prefer not to go over $10/mo, I just don't know what all is out there and is good.

    Suggestions?
