Windows 10: My W key doesnt Work properly

so my W key doesnt ork, but if i press shift and W it does Work. im on a lenovo laptop if that helps

Why Q key doesnt work?

When i hold shift + w + q the q key doesnt work so i cant dash in games or use abilities.
