  1. My W10 is having issues

Issues are described as follows and may, or may not be related to each other, I'm not sure at this point and I haven't been able to isolate a root cause.

Computer "freezes" once every few hours, either idle at desktop, , or watching YouTube/twitch. Doesn't really seem to do it when gaming. What happens is that all active tasks seem to freeze, my custom light profiles in Razer Synapse and Corsair Icue stop working, if I'm watching a video on YouTube or twitch it will stop buffering (but continue to play until the point at which it runs out of video already loaded). I can still click on desktop icons but nothing will open. I can click on the windows icon and get into settings, power off menu and task manager, but nothing will actually open. Clicking power off or restart will close active windows but the PC won't power off, it just sits there and I have to hold down the power button for a few seconds to get it to shut down. So it's like sort of frozen. Windows event viewer logs don't show anything I can see other than the unexpected shutdown from me shutting it down. So that's issue 1.

Issue 2: windows updates. I can't seem to install any updates, it says "some update files are missing or have problems. We will try to download the update later. Error code (0x8007000d). I also can't install the" Feature update to windows 10 version 20H2". "we couldn't install this update, but you can try again. (0x8007000d). So my windows updater is busted.

I tried last night to run a repair through windows (by holding shift while selecting prompts to shut down) and it took nearly 30 minutes to open the advanced troubleshooting message. Ran repair, came back after awhile and pc was powered off, and still having the same issues.

I've already run sfc scannow and a few other cmd line utilities that says they found and repaired broken files, but issues still persist. Ran scan with malwarebytes which came up clean.

At this point I'm wondering if I need to reinstall windows, but I just clean reinstalled windows back in May when I upgraded my board and cpu.

System specs if it helps - Windows 10 Home, version 2004, OS build 19041.508. Windows feather experience pack 120.2212.31.0.

    Amd Ryzen 5 3600x

Msi b450 gaming pro carbon mobo

    2x16 Trident G skill RGB ram, 3600mhz CL16 XMP

    NZXT kraken X63 AIO

    Asus Strix 1080ti

    Corsair CX750M PSU

Boot drive is a 5 year old 128 gig Adata Sata SSD (I'm wondering if this is the issue, but if it was I feel like itd be having poor speeds or corrupting my personal files and games and stuff and I haven't seen anything like that yet).

Heading back to work so might be slow at responding for a few hours but any advice is greatly appreciated.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:
