Based on the description, I am assuming that you are facing difficulties in setting up the Hrayzan webcam on your PC.
In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the make and model of the PC?
• Did you try to connect this webcam on different PC?
• Do you have another webcam that you can connect on this device?

Meanwhile we would suggest you to update driver
and check.

1. Connect the webcam
   
2. Press Windows + X key
   and select Device Manager from the context menu.
   
3. Spot and expand the “Universal Serial Bus controllers”.
   
4. Right click on the USB Composite Device driver and select
   “Update driver”
   
5. Select Search automatically for drivers. Follow the onscreen steps
   
6. Perform step 4 & 5 for
   Audio inputs and outputs & Camera drivers.
   
7. Restart the PC and check.

Let us know the results. If the issue persists, we will certainly assist you further.

Webcam no longer working

So it appears that this is a problem a lot of folk are currently having, but just want to post my own situation so I can (hopefully) get to a solution quicker.

I have my custom built PC, running Windows 10 Home 1909 Build 18363.836, and for a while my webcam was operating without any issues. Around 2 weeks ago, my PC no longer recognised when my webcam was connected and is not picked up by any apps. I am unaware of
any updates to my OS while this happened (and none should have happened since I have my home network listed as a metered connection, and updates are blocked over metered connections).

• I have tested the webcam with another computer and it works fine, so I know that it is nothing to do with that side of things.
• I have checked device manager, and the webcam does not appear after connecting it to my PC, even with scanning for new hardware.
• I have uninstalled/reinstalled the camera app in case there was a bug issue there.
• I have checked for and applied any updates to my OS in case this would have resolved the issue.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to how to resolve this issue?

 

Initial Password, not entered, on a Medion Win 10

Hi All.

An elderly friend of mine, recently bought a New, Medion computer, and while filling in the initial set up, he did not bother entering a password.
Then he wanted to add his Email, an outlook .com adress.
However, now he cannot add his email, because the Medion asks for his password.

I tried to help him, but I am not a Medion or Win 10 user.

I tried to get into the SET UP menu, but that does not appear anywhere ?

All the pages I found, were to do with changing the password, Not Setting one up.

So I tried leaving the " Current Password " box; empty, then adding a new password.
However, that only brought up a box, saying " Wrong Password

So Im Stumped.

Any help, anyone can give, in getting back to the initial" Set Password " page, will be greatly appreciated.
