Windows 10: My website is not showing on windows 11

Hi, I have recently created a tool base website and it is visible on windows 7, 8 and 10 but not showing on windows 11. Can somebody please help me with this problem?My website is https://pinterestvideodownloader.site/

Windows 10 IE 11 cannot show header video. Why? The website is made by wordpress.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
