Windows 10: My welcome page is now showing two accounts

My "welcome page" when i first turn on the laptop shows my name Anaya P, and says "The username or password is incorrect. Try again." When I hit "ok" it shows two accounts, with the same name. Apparently they have different passwords. To my knowledge, I never set up a second account. When I look at settings/accounts it doesn't show two accounts, just one. How do I get rid of the second one on the welcome page/starting page - whatever it's called - AND how to stop requiring password signin altogether? This is my laptop, I live alone, and I never take it anywhere, so there is no need for a pas

Youtube disabled my account, help please

the page where is said account disabled , it also showed a link saying next step is to contact us,
i ran that link and reported the problem, still no reply

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Forum users with Hotmail/Outlook/Exchange account

The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).
