    My whole computer i feel has a virus and im not sure what to do ?


    Hi, recently ive been having trouble with my pc I'm not sure what's happening but yesterday these purple dots appeared on my screen and i didnt think much of it but now when trying to open apps like Minecraft and FIFA it doesn't allow me. Ive reset my computer 3 times now im starting to get scared, can somebody please help me i dont know why its doing this.

    i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs

    Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

    Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

    How can I remove this virus remnant?

    I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

    Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
