My Wi-Fi suddenly becomes extremely slow or gets completely disconnected. When connected to the Ethernet it disconnects exactly after 1 hour. Disabling and re-enabling the wireless network adapter reconnects the connection. Bluetooth device also affects Wi-Fi connection speed. Wi-Fi disconnect

Windows doesn't disconnect a properly working WiFi. Mine NEVER disconnects since the last time I restarted my computer. I suggest to check for near-by WiFi radios to see if your channel is too crowded or if all the channels are crowded, just switch to 5 GHz band like mine

 

No wi-fi connection

I found the restore points and went back to last month, when the Wi-Fi was still working. I reconnected the router. The control panel says the connection is secure and connected when I tried to get online via wireless rather than DSL, but the icon on the bottom is still the DSL one. Do I have to disconnect the DSL cable in order to use the Wi-Fi or does it matter? The control panel lists both internet connections.

This is the second time this has happened btw

I have a ASUS TUF Gaming FX505GT laptop (3 years old) and my Wi-Fi is working perfectly fine.

When I talk about games I mean FPS games.

Also I can't do ethernet btw

Asus support team hasn't really helped either

I also don't have any viruses

The 1st time was last summer, where my Wi-Fi adapter "Inter(R) Wireless-AC 9462" showed a yellow triangle in device manager. It would eventually go away but I didn't want this error to happen. I searched on google how to fix and followed every forum. Once I went to school, the issue was resolved, but now this summer, my Wi-Fi is disconnecting again.

Yesterday, I think it's my Wi-Fi adapter again because all my Wi-Fi options disappeared. I followed all the instructions and it turned to the point where I launched a game, I would play for like 2 minutes, then I would lose connection, however, my Wi-Fi icon still showed full bars, I think this was because I unchecked the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." The next day, I left it alone to see if anything would change, and I messed with Intel a little bit, and now my connection with the Wi-Fi has gotten worse. My web browser is starting to be slow and I still have issues playing games. But now whenever I'm in a game, I lag out then I still have Wi-Fi and it stabilizes after I exit out my game. I repeat this until I'm banned for disconnecting or I give up reconnecting. I've done some additional tinkering so I'll list all the things I've done:

• Updated adapter (in device manager and with intel support to 22.150.0)

• uninstalled and reinstalled Wi-Fi adapter in device manager
  
• cleared and changed DNS server
  
• Restarted ipconfig
  
• set Wi-Fi adapter to maximum power
  
• set my laptop to full start

• updated windows and MYASUS
  
• privated my network
  

I've really tried everything so far so I don't know if its just my Wi-Fi adapter but I'm looking for help to resolve this and for other people who also have the same issue.
