Windows 10: my wifi battery sound callendar and notification icons doesnt respond when i click them.

usually theres that pop up when you click the wifi icon but when i click on it nothing pops up. ive been having hard time figuring this out, and asking different people how to fix it but just cant solve it. ive tried updating my laptop, ive tried toturials on yt nothing works.. please help

Reset Notification Area Icons in Windows 10

Possibly similar:
Windows system icons in the notification area have stopped working
Start button & right clicking on taskbar icons suddenly does not work

Diagnostic step: if you create a new user and log in as that user do you see the same thing?

Possible option- use a System Restore point

Missing: like so many posters - the forum prompted you to specify your full build number so we don't have to keep asking.

 

Taskbar icon doesn respond

After installing windows 10 and drivers the task bar search option and wifi or volume icon doesnt respond after clicking on it.

Wifi devices surrounding doesnt show in list.
