Windows 10: My WIFI Capped

I have Dell inspiron 3576 Laptop It has Qualcomm qca9377 802.11.ac wireless adapter. It capped at 86.7Mbps but it can go for the 433Mbps .Please help to Fix this

This is likely to be one of those where, as I don't know what you've already tried, I'll have spent time suggesting what you have tried. That's why I asked for a clear list of what you have tried. Do you see this when you toggle caps lock?

 

Cat killed my CAP LOCK Beep sound :-(

I've done the steps listed here before joining this forum. None of these work.
but I do have it setup now to flash the window if I press the caps.
I may just try the restore option and roll back drivers,,,
