Windows 10: My wifi disconnects and a restart doesn't do anything

I've had this issue for a while. It went from happening once every few weeks to now 20 or so times a day. I cannot fix it. I have spoken to Microsoft tech support about this and they obviously didn't **** help. I have a lot of important **** on this pc that I'd rather not lose. When it disconnects it shows that the network I'm connected to is still there but says it has no internet and all other networks nearby cease to show up. Conducting a restart just makes it restart endlessly and then I have to forcefully shut off my pc. One I start back up my wireless wifi adapter is disabled. Then when

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

• If you do not have an identical laptop see this post and the three replies for possible solutions: Wifi disconnects every 5 minutes.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
