Windows 10: My wifi dongle disconnects when i get afk while downloading games

Hello Respected Team,I have been facing an issue for a couple of days. Whenever I leave my PC in an idle state when I am downloading something, my wifi dongle disconnects and shows "Connected, No internet". Then, when I plug it back in again, it works, but after some time, the same problem arises. I have changed 3 dongles and have the same problem. I even have their drivers, but still, I don't know what's happening. The internet works fine when I'm using pc, browsing stuff, playing games, etc. But the second I leave it for 5 minutes, the network disconnects.The dongle i use is from Alfa. I hop

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

Wifi USB dongle capped at 140 or 70

Alight let me explain it in steps:

1. I plug the Wifi Dongle

2. I connect to my 5 Ghz band network

3. The Wifi Dongle is connecting

4. The moment the Wifi Dongle is connected it crashes (making the USB disconnect sound and that)

5. The Wifi Dongle reboots itself but crashes again and goes back to step 4

Sometimes trying to connect to it manually (because I didn't connect automatically) it can:
1. Ask for the password (even though I already entered it?) and immeditally before I could enter it it goes to the step below
2. Reports "Can't connect to this network" and crashes, again repeating the cycle

On very rare occasions it also not just itself reboots but every USB device connected to my pc and on really rare occasions this reboot causes the keyboard and mouse not to work which lead to me pressing the power button of my PC, shutting it down

 

USB wifi adapter disconnects when downloading games

I bought a new desktop and it came with 2 USB wifi dongles. To be honest, I'm not sure how they work exactly but I plugged one into the PC and one into the router. It does connect but disconnects when I try to download games from steam.

It does show my network listed and that it's trying to connect but it doesn't connect at all.

I've troubleshoot the network multiple times and it fixes it but goes off again. It says

"A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken" and "problem with wireless adapter or access point"

But the router works and everything else connects to it just fine without issue, and for the problem, it just says it fixed it by resetting the adapter.

I've looked at the device manager and theres not updates for the driver, the roll back device isn't available and I've turned off "allow computer to turn off device to save power"

It is a Lenovo brand and running on Windows 10 Pro and there's no system updates available, and the wifi adapter is Realtek RTL8188FTV
