Windows 10: My wifi driver is broken

So I was updating Ubuntu until I notice wifi wasn’t working so I went back to windows 11 and it had the same issue and if I click on where the wifi and Bluetooth are, it’s on airplane mode and I can’t disable it, I tried to disable it with my keyboard but it didn’t work so I’m now stuck with no wifi for my computer, and if I check on device management, there’s a ! With a yellow border around it, can anyone help me?

ASUS X205TA wifi broken with both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Update (upgrade)

Had same issue and was able to SOLVE it, the problem is that the driver supplied with Windows 10 is broken!!!

If you are facing issues after Windows 10 update or upgrade, the I suggest to check this video, that has step by step guide to solve the Broadcom WiFi driver issues - amazingly simple actually-

Wifi adapter broken after update (10586.0)

Thank you for the quick reply and the suggestions,

• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
  I have a Surface Pro 2 (128GB) - Nov 2013
• Did you install any third party security applications?
  
  No, currently only running windows defender

The network troubleshooter only brought up the suggestion that I should plugin my Ethernet cable, (which is quite difficult when having the SP2) nothing on WiFi. My 4th solution (rerolling previous driver) was via the same solution you suggested; I uninstalled
and deleted the driver in the device manager, rebooted and unfortunately, still no WiFi signal.

But like I stated, the thing is that under the old version (10.0.10240.16590) I have no problems with my WiFi and it works out-of-the-box. My working driver version: Marvell
Avastar 350N 14.69.24054.176 (dated: 23-5-2014). However the same driver just does not work in v 10586.

• Have you installed any drivers for the WiFi card?

Try updating the drivers and check if the issue persists.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to update the Wifi drivers.

• Press Windows + X key on the keyboard.
• Select the device manager.
• Right-click your Wireless/Wi-Fi devices.
• Click Update Driver Software and then follow the steps in the wizard that appears.
• Restart the machine and check if the issue persists.
