Windows 10: my wifi gets down everytime i just open a game

so i just update my laptop to windows 10 22h2, and after i cannot play any game online cause my mbs went down, literally i just did a speed test befores opening any game and my internet saty around 500 mbs and just right u open a gmae the internet drops to 50mbs and the game is lagging, sometimes even kick me out from the game cause is constanly losing connection, and then if i close the game i came back to normal 500 mbs, so i tried literally evreything but after the update i dont even have my power plans, the only one that appears its the balanced mode? i tried the cmd i tried a fresh instal

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
  
• Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.

File Explorer opens everytime I close a game.

So the problem is: Everytime I close a game the file explorer just auto-open without reason. This is really boring, because sometimes, I'm playing a game and it just open a minimize the game.

 

want to open game bar, but win+G repeatedly asks if "want to open game bar?"
