Windows 10: My WiFi is not working after a driver update from Intel

Hello, I have a complaint about connectivity in windows 10.I got a update from Intel® Driver Support Assistant. At first the installation got failed and at the second attempt it showed Successfully installed.But my WiFi adapter is showing this following error "Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. Code 56". Then I reached out to intel and they said it's Microsoft's problem with the driver and they also remotely troubleshooted my computer they verifyed it's Microsoft's problem. I wanted to Network reset and I did it. Now all my Adapters are showing the same erro

Intel /WiFi Driver Update

unable to install Intel 3165/7265/8260/8265 WiFi driver on my Dell Laptop w/Win 10 vb_release 19041, repeated failures, unable to complete this installation/update, as downloaded from Dell Support website. Any suggestions?

 

Windows 10 2004 get a boot crash after enable Hyper-V with the latest Intel WiFi driver

I have viewed those links but none of them has solved so I suggest you try the below method to see if it works.

Step 1:

Go to the search box next to the Windows icon and type Device Manager

Step 2:

Under Device Manager expand Display Adapter

Step 3:

Right-click on Intel Wifi Adapter and select Properties then click on Disable.

Step 4:

Then enable the Hyper V

Step 5:

Restart PC

Step 6:

Then go to Device Manager and then expand Network Adapter

Step 7:

Right-click on Intel Wifi Adapter and select Properties

Step 8:

Select the Drivers tab

Step 9:

Click on Uninstall Device

Step 7:

Restart PC and Intel Wifi driver will be automatically installed

Step 8:

Verify the issue.

Startup error on discontinued Intel driver

Hi David,

Windows 10 update remove the Intel WiDi driver due to compatibility issue. We suggest uninstalling the Intel WiDi driver from Control Panel to avoid it from showing up every time you start your computer. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Select Control Panel.
• Click Programs.
• Choose Programs and Features.
• Click Intel (R) WiDi Driver and hit Uninstall.
• Restart your computer.
