Windows 10: My WiFi on Windows can't detect any network but works fine in other OS.

I have HP-ab516tx. The wifi is Realtek rtl8723be 802.11bgn. Windows cannot detect any network around me, shows me "No network found". I am not sure if my wifi stopped working after an update, but I thought my wifi was broken and couldn't give time to fix it. So I used an external USB modem for internet access. Today I dual-booted my machine and noticed my wifi is working perfectly on Linux. So I tried all the following on Windows but nothing worked:I tried troubleshooting with a network troubleshooter. I went to my HP driver website. Downloaded and installed two versions of the driver.I went t

Delay in wifi network detection

For the last couple of days there has been a delay on detecting any wifi networks when my laptop is woken from sleep. Connects fine once it sees the network and detects and connects perfectly well when fisrt switched on.

I have tried updating the driver, and also turning off power saving mode on the wifi and have run MS security scanner. Nothing detected and using the network adapter troubleshooter detects no issues. Other devices connect fine.

Any suggestions?

 

Can´t connect to my Wifi network

Hi everyone,

I can´t connect to my Wifi from my desktop with Window 10. I had an ethernet cable before and it worked perfectly but now I can´t connect my computer to the router through the cable anymore.

For some reason it detects my wifi network but when i try to connect it says i cant connect.

I followed a few tutorials online of how to fix it and still didn´t work.

any help please???
