Windows 10: My WiFi speed drops dramatically as soon as I open any game. Why?

I'll elaborate on what I mean in the title.Firstly, whenever I open any game, whether War Thunder, Roblox, EVE Online, etc, my WiFi speed slows down to an almost immeasurable speed; halting any online activities that I may be doing, including the game itself. For example, just now I tested my WiFi's speed, and got around 100mbps. When I opened War Thunder, my internet speed dropped to around 0.05 mbps; before the round even started I was in the lobby. This same scenario applies to any other game I try to play on my PC.However, I do not experience the same problem when no games are open, even

Open Settings, then Network & Internet, then Network and Sharing Center. Your WiFi connection will be shown under Active Networks. Click on the "link" for your WiFi connection. What speed is listed under Connection?

I've found the issue, the router was the responsible for dropping the Internet speed, as soon as I changed it, then I didn't face this issue anymore.
